The National Dispatching Center’s deputy director and the general dispatcher G.Baljinnyam’s etc., officials visited the project unit for an official meeting. “Mongolia’s current state of the energy consumption has reached its maximum load therefore large - scale hydropower plants are working at their full capacity, a large mode so quickly take a key requirement for calibration the Egiin river hydroelectric power station in the event of total power system will be a healthy international standard for energy forces said Mr. G.Baljinnyam he also pointed out that they have been waiting this project for years. He also mentioned that high power hydro power plants are essential and guarantees the reliability of the power system security and pointed out that several hydro power plants need to be constructed. Mongolian recent proposed power stations are mainly thermal power plants and the only large-scale hydro power plant will be Egiin river hydro power plant. In addition to its short-term cost recovery this project will become the key to Mongolian national energy system regulators and will bring significant economic benefits.
